Larry Arthur is CEO of HMC/CAH and Chairman of the Governing Board. HMC/CAH Consolidated entered an agreement with Prague Healthcare Alliance to assume operations effective December 1st, 2008.

HMC/CAH Consolidated, Inc.(HMC) is extremely pleased to announce that funding for the new hospital has been secured with the assistance of the USDA and Synergy Bank from Texas.Construction of the new Prague Community Hospital will begin on the new site this year and the new facility should be completed in 2011.
